After successful careers on the group carrier side of employee benefits, Jon Head and Ted Kane saw an opportunity to bring a unique approach to the brokerage industry. They had seen the best and worst of employee benefit brokers and consultants and strategized how to create a 'consultative broker' practice where clients could get unbaised, expert advice normally available from the top consulting houses while at the same time enjoy attentive service and ongoing administrative support normally available through top brokerage firms. Since our founding in 1999, the firm has successfully employed this strategy and built the practice to serve many of the regions most admired organizations. This success derives from simple personal commitments that are required of all our associates: be honest, hardworking, knowledgeable, and accessible. Jon Head passed away in 2011, but his principles continue to guide the firm.
