Ted Kane is a co-founder 21st Century Benefit Advisors, Inc. As a Principal, Ted is responsible for new business development, client management and operations of the firm. Prior to 21st Century Benefit Advisors, Ted was with MetLife for 13 years serving as Regional Director of 401(k) sales and as a Senior Account Executive responsible for the sale and servicing of group health, dental, disability, life and voluntary benefit programs. Throughout his career, Ted has worked with hundreds of organizations of all sizes, across numerous industries. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Associated Industries of Massachusetts, the largest nonprofit, nonpartisan association of Massachusetts employers. Ted received his MBA cum laude from Babson College and BA cum laude from Harvard. He has also earned the CEBS designation from the IFEBP and Wharton School. Ted has more than 20 years of experience in employee benefits.
