Jon Head co-founded 21st Century Benefit Advisors, Inc. in 1999. As a Principal, Jon successfully develops and manages the firm’s most extensive client relationships. Prior to 21st Century Benefit Advisors, Jon served as Regional Director for MetLife. In this capacity he managed a sales and service team responsible for businesses throughout New England and had bottom-line accountability for 136 large group health, dental, disability, life and voluntary benefit programs, representing $425 million in premium and equivalents. As a member of numerous management committees at MetLife, Jon also played an active role in the strategic design and delivery of products to best meet market needs. Jon has more than 33 years of experience in the employee benefits field.
